Carson is a Limited License Therapist with more than four years of experience In the Social Work field. He has provided extensive practice in Group Therapy, Crisis Management and Applied Behavior Analysis.
He has experience working one on one with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and direct practice with children, teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and crisis therapy.
Carson utilizes practices of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Psychotherapy, Stress Management CBT, Art Therapy in the individual and group therapy setting. Carson utilizes skill building exercises, motivational interviewing and educational handouts utilized towards reaching goals of improving self esteem, communication skills with conflict resolution, feeling exploration, and identifying obstacles pertaining to mental health.

Christine is a licensed clinical therapist who has worked with teens and young adults diagnosed with Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder for the past 10 years. She values mindfulness techniques and specializes in behavior modification through positive reinforcement and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Christine utilizes aspects of behavior modification, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, parent child interactive therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, as well as acceptance-commitment therapy in her interventions.
Therapy sessions are focused on teaching teens and young adults how to understand their emotions and express themselves in a way that develops meaningful relationships and increases self-esteem.
